We accept Pay Pal and all major Credit Cards. For more information on Pay Pal please go to www.paypal.com.au

Returns and Exchanges

If the product you have purchased has been damaged due to bad manufacture please contact us at onlinestore@maitlandcity.com.au for a full Exchange or Store Credit.  Please give a description and any photos that may assist in claims. 
 
*Please note we do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty. 

Delivery

Delivery of Goods will be sent once payment has cleared.   Delivery can take up to 7 – 10 Working  Days, depending on your location.  Delivery is conducted by Australia Post. 

Lost or Damage Items

Maitland City Online Store cannot take responsibility of purchases being loss or damage in the post (we use Australia Post). If you have any concerns and want your purchases to be registered or insured please email us at onlinestore@maitlandcity.com.au.  Should you be an international customer please email us direct with an order as postage will vary greatly. 

Stock Availability

Occasionally goods may have a lengthy delay, due to stock levels.  If this occurs Customers will be notified. Or stock may be discontinued, and if this occurs customers will be informed.  Should you have specific requirements that are not shown in the online store, please email a request.  Our Online Store has access to thousands of products and will endeavour to fill every request. 
 
Please note, there might be a 2 – 6 week wait if Lawn Bowls are not in stock (as they have to be made) and the same waiting period applies to special made Bowls.   Customer will be informed if this is the case. 

Registered Mail

This is not available unless organised via email to the Online Store. 

Pricing

Pricing and Products are subject to change at any time.   If this occurs Customers, who have placed 
the order, will be notified of the change. 

Freight Costs

Pricing for freight cost is as follows: 
Bowls Accessories and small items etc. = $3 Delivery 
Clothing and multiple items etc. = $7 Delivery 
Purchases over $500 etc. = Free 
 
Please note Registered and Express Post can be arranged with prior arrangement via 
onlinestore@maitlandcity.com.au.  Costs will be additional to the purchase price.
