Club Maitland City has always been dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the local community. In pursuit of this commitment, we established a charity foundation in 2023.
CMC Foundation serves as a conduit for diverting funds towards local causes within the Maitland Community that were raised from activities held in the Club. The Foundation’s slogan is “In Maitland for Maitland” as that is at the core of what the CMC Foundation was created for.
Club Maitland City proudly provides support to a variety of organisations and local community-based groups. Applications are now open for ClubGRANTS. Head to their website for more information on how to apply.
Through the use of the Club Grants Program, we were able to donate over $280,000 to Community Groups. On top of this we also donate an additional $220,000 in community support as well as over $650,000 in Sporting contributions through sponsorship.
Cat 1 funding is for specific community welfare and social services, community health services, community develeopment and employement assisstance.
Cat 2 funding is for general community development and support activities such as junior sports, veteran welfare and cultural or community activities.
2026 applications are now open. Category 1 will close 31st May 2026 and Category 2 will close 15th August 2026
